• Only the presentation of the original Gift Voucher entitles the holder to a boat trip.
• The Gift Voucher is valid and can only be used once for one boat trip. We advise you to book as early as possible.
• Once purchased, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of placing your order. To exercise this right, please contact us by email.
• In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received.
• The service provider is fully responsible for the performance of the service.
• The following are excluded from the services defined in the products: transport to the place of service.
• In the event of non-use, loss, theft or destruction of the Gift Voucher, no refund or compensation of any kind may be claimed by the beneficiary.
• Once the Gift Voucher has been booked by the recipient, no refunds will be possible.
• The contents of the Gift Voucher may change.
• In the event of force majeure, bad weather or flooding, the booking may be postponed.
