If you require further information or wish to make a booking, please contact us on +33 4 66 48 51 10.
Reservations must be made by telephone at least 48 hours in advance for individuals. This allows us to have a better idea of the weather conditions on the day of the trip.
Payment is made at the boatman's kiosk, a small stone house located in the village square.
Please arrive at the kiosk 10 minutes before your departure time to collect your tickets.

We are open every day from April to October. There are no fixed opening hours: these vary depending on the season and visitor numbers. We therefore strongly recommend that you call and book your places in advance so that you can choose a time slot that suits you best. (tel: 04 66 48 51 10)
Yes, boat trips are a peaceful activity that anyone can enjoy, regardless of age. They are ideal for:
- Families with young children, even toddlers (no age limit)
- Older people, as they do not require any particular physical effort.

There is no minimum age for children; even infants can come aboard!
The price is €26 per person (for children and groups, please contact us). Boats depart as soon as 4 adult places are paid for. If there are fewer than 4 of you, we will fill the boat with other customers. The boat can accommodate up to 6 people depending on the water level. Payment by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers.
Yes, dogs are accepted on board free of charge.

Free parking is available in the village near the boarding point in La Malène.
In case of high demand, we also have private parking available near the river. Please visit us at reception upon your arrival in the village, and we will show you where it is located.
Yes, we sail all summer long, even when the river level is low.
Boating is a peaceful and accessible activity. You will stay dry in the boat, so there is no need for a swimsuit or special clothing. Just remember to dress appropriately for the weather on the day.
